Dublin, Ireland – 4 February 2008 - free-hotspot.com announces today that they will offer their FREE Wi-Fi access solution in select Telenet Hotspots throughout Belgium as part of a test programme arranged with Telenet NV. Effective immediately, anyone with a laptop or Wi-Fi enabled device will be able to get free access in 176 Telenet Hotspot locations until 15 April, 2008.
